2 tbs Butter, unsalted1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream1 cup Half and Half Cream3 cloves Garlic, minceddash of Cayenne PepperSalt and pepper to taste2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .66 cup (remove)4 cups Egg Noodles, prepared according to package directions Shrimp, 8 ozScallops, raw, 8 oz
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Melt butter, add garlic and saute 2 - 3 minutes. Add whipping cream and half and half. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 20 - 30 minutes stirring constantly.
In a frying pan, cook shrimp and scallops. Be careful not to overcook.
Add seafood to sauce, stir. Add cheese, stir until melted and thoroughly combined. Remove immediately from heat, and pour over pasta.
