French Toast Lightened Up

Ingredients
2 slices weight watchers bread1 egg1 egg whitevegetable oil spray3 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Directions
Beat egg and egg white in a bowl. Dip slices of bread in egg and turn to coat.

Heat pan and spray with vegetable oil spray. Add soaked bread and cook on one side until browned. Flip and cook on the other side and browned and puffy.

Top with sugar free syrup.
