3 cups of cooked chicken diced, or shredded2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 16 0z container of fat free sour cream1 small can diced green chilis1 small can diced or sliced black olives1 bag tortilla chips-lightly smashed into smaller pieces3 1/2 cups of fat free shredded cheddar cheesesalt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
1)in a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, green chilis, black olives, chicken, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2) in bottom of casserole dish or slow cooker, add enough soup mixture to cover bottom. then add a layer of broken chips, the add a layer of shredded cheese. repeat layers until everything is used finishing with a layer of cheese.
3) heat through, in oven i cook at 350 for 30 min. in slow cooker on high for 2 hours. everything is cooked so it just needs to be heated through.
