My Slow Cooker veggie soup

Ingredients
ZucchiniSquash1 large onion1 head cabbage green beans1 each green, sweet red, yellow peppers3 cans stewed tomatoes1 pound fresh baby carrotscelery3 cans beef broth4 cups tomato juice8 cups water
Directions
Makes 12 servings Use large crock pot
Chop all veggies to bite size pieces, and open all canned goods.
Combine all ingredients, put the lid on and go to work. Use low heat if gone all day
