Onion Garlic puree to thicken soups & Casseroles

Ingredients
1 large vidalia or sweet onion10 cloves garlic 1 teas each salt and pepper
Directions
puree 1 large vidalia or sweet onion with 10 cloves garlic in a blender.

Place in glass dish with cover and microwave 10 minutes- add salt & pepper and allow to cool.

Makes three - half cup servings.

    I JUST PUREED AN INTENSE VEGGIE SOUP TO MAKE IT THICKER AS IT HAD LOTS OF LEAVES and stems, but I'll definitely do your onion garlic thickener because I always use those ingredients anyway - 8/6/12
