2 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Garlic 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Enova Oil 100 grams Tomato Sauce 107 grams Beans, red kidney 6 oz Ground Beef 93% Lean 14 grams Cumin, Ground
Place chili powder and cumin in medium hot non stick saute pan, stir until fragrant, add oil, onions and garlic. Saute until onions soften. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Add beans and tomato sauce, continue cooking about 3 minutes, simmer 5 more minutes until thickened.
Serve with taco shells, nachos or on top of salad.
