Chocolate Zucchini cake

Ingredients
*Bread Flour - Unbleached, King Arthur Flour, 2 cup Granulated Sugar, 2 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .75 cup Egg, fresh, 4 large Olive Oil, 1.5 cup Zucchini, 3 cup, grated Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 8 tbsp
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add eggs, one at a time, hand mix
Add canola or olive oil and mix until just combined.
Add zucchini and chocolate chips (opt.) until combined.

Pour into greased/floured (for chocolate cake, use cocoa powder on inside of pan) bundt pan.

Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
