Ingredients
Serves 150 grams Tendli / Gherkins1/2 tbsp Olive oil pinch of salt or as per tasteRed Chilly powder as per taste
Directions
Wash and cut the Gherkins in long slices.
Just mix oregano , salt & pepper in olive oil & use the mixture to coat tendli/gherkins.
Roast in microwave for 3 minutes ( spread it so that 2 pieces do not touch each other) and its ready to be served.
