Crockpot Beef Tip Stew

Ingredients
2 Tbl Olive Oil2 Lbs Beef Tips, cubed*4 1/3 Cups Water1 Tbl salt, I use Kosher Salt* Pepper to taste1 Tsp Lemon Juice1/4 Tsp Paprika4 Tsp minced Garlic, we like a lot of garlic and it's healthy1 Tsp Sugar1 1/2 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce* 1 Bay Leaf4 potatoes, quartered1 Cup Onion, choped1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour to thicken gravy1 Packages of Mixed Veggies
Directions
1. Turn on crock pot
2. Place water in pot
3. Place ingredients in pot - potatoes, meat, onions, mixed veggies, etc.
4. Place remaining ingredients in pot.
5. Stir really good to get all the spices mixed through.
6. Place a bay leaf in the center of the ingredience.
Cook for 6 hours on high. It might be done in 3 hours but still needs to cook to get all the flavors done just right. Stir abou every hour or so.
