Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut1/3 cup coconut oil3/4 cup almond butter1/4 cup honey1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 2-3 hours, cut into 25 squares.

    I did a few minor modifications. Everything else was the same except I only used 1/4 c almond butter, added 1/2 cup coconut butter and used 1 T grade b maple instead of 1/4 c honey...can't take much sweetness anymore. Lovely texture and the whole family (paleo and non-paleo) love it!! - 6/17/12
