2 medium Red Bell pepper1 medium zucchini1 medium summer squash1/2 of a onion1lb of asparagus3 cloves of garlic4 tsp of extra virgin olive oil1 tsp of balsamic vinegar1/2 tsp of dried basil1 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground pepper
pre heat the oven to 450 degrees. mix all together, spray 2 cooking pans with nonstick spray. evenly place veggies on 2 pans and place in oven. Cook until golden. tossing occasionally.
