3 oz Mozzarella1 whole tomato 4 inches in diameter6 sundried tomatoes (not in oil)1/8 cup tomato and basil feta crumbles5 black olives6 green olives1 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp dried basil (2 tbsp if fresh)salt and pepper to taste
Chop tomato and mozzerella, put in bowl. Slice olives put in bowl. Chop sundried tomatos add as well. Sprinkle in feta crumbles. Add olive oil, balsamic and basil. combine and enjoy (or if you let it mingle it will be even better).
