2 large potatoes diced1 cup carrots, sliced2 onions diced8 frozen chicken tenderloins boiled2 cans cream of chicken soup 98% fat free7 oz fat free shredded cheddar cheese1 cup fat free sour cream
Mix together onions and carrots with enough water to boil in a large pan. Boil until starting to get soft and then add potatoes. Cook until almost tender, add chicken cut up into bite size. When it starts to boil and fat free cheese and stir until melted. Then take off burner and add sour cream. Pour into casserole pan. Mix together skim milk and bisquick. Pour by spoon fulls onto chicken mixture. Bake in oven for 30 minutes on 425 degrees or until biscuits are browned.
