Wild Fall Cabbage Soup

3 Large Stalks of Celery3 Large Carrots1 Cup Onion Chopped1.46 lbs Turkey-Ground Lean White MeatOne Package of Vigo White and Wild Rice MixOne large head of Cabbage Shredded6 Whole White Mushrooms20 cups of Water (or more as necessary)4 T MargarineOne third cup white flour mixed with tap water to make a paste.
Cut up Celery, Carrots and Onion. Add to Large Cooking Pot with the Ground Turkey. Add 5 of the Cups of Water and Cover on High Heat. Stir pot and add Cabbage, Mushrooms, Margarine. Return to a boil and decrease heat. Add rice mix and cover. Fill up pot with water and allow to simmer for about 20 minutes. Finally, add flour paste and reduce heat while stirring to thicken broth. Add seasonings, salt and pepper to taste.
