Brussels Sprouts (Spicy)

Ingredients
1/2 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed, washed, finely shredded1 tsp olive oil2 oz red onion, diced (54 grams)1 clove garlic1 tsp black mustard seeds3/4 tsp cumin seed1/2 tsp chili pepper powder 1 tsp parmesian cheese (optional garnish)
Directions
1) In heated oil, add seeds until mustard seeds pop (1-2 minutes)
2) Add red onion, garlic, and chili pepper (3-4 minutes)
3) Add shredded brussel sprouts, stir frying continually with wooden paddles for 4 minutes.
4) Serve immediately.
