Ingredients
1 jar Prego Garden Spaghetti Sauce1 can Italian Diced Tomatoes1 cup chicken broth1 jar of water (rinse out sauce jar)1 clove garlic, crushed1/2 cup chopped onion1 16 ounce package of mixed vegetables
Directions
Put all ingredients into a crock pot. Cook for about 4 hours. Serve.

    So tasty and easy to make. Added 2 chopped carrots and 1 chopped small zucchini as well. I slow-cooked the recipe on high for 4 hours (at 3 hours the onions were still a bit crunchy). Served with Ditalini pasta, shredded cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Delicious! - 2/24/20
