Patak's Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients
3 medium Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless, diced)1 tbsp Canola Oil1 Medium Onion (diced)1 Can Patak's Original Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce1/2 cup Non-fat milk
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp canola oil in a large skillet.
Add 1 medium diced onion and saute until golden brown.
Add 3 diced medium chicken breasts and saute until meat is cooked through (about 5 minutes)
Pour can of Patak's Original Chicken Tikka Masala Curry Sauce and 1/2 cup milk over chicken and onions and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve over 3/4 cup basmati rice per serving.

Makes 4 servings.
