Slow Cooker Beef & Vegatable Soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean stew meat, cubed into small pieces2 medium potatoes, cubed3 carrots, sliced2 celery stalks, sliced1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes3 cans or 6 cups Swanson 50% reduced sodium beef broth1.5 c frozen mixed veggies, any variety you likeSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except frozen veggies, in slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 6 hours.

Add frozen vegetables and cook another hour or until vegetables are tender and cooked through.
