Low Cal Banana Cookie

Ingredients
1 large banana1/3 cup oat bran1/3 cup wheat bran1/3 cup wheat germ 2.5 tbsp flour 4 tbsp skim milk1/2 C unsweetened applesauce (or plain yogurt)1 C sweetener of choice 1 tsp baking powder cinnamon and nutmeg to taste !
Directions
350 for 20 - 25 minutes. Makes a very soft moist cookie. You can cut down on the sugar as mine were super sweet.
