lower fat white sausage gravy

Ingredients
half roll of sausage crumbled and cooked, 5 tbsp cant believe its not butter,1half cup flour, 5 cups non fat milk, 1tsp salt, dash of pepper.
Directions
cook sausage in large non stick skillet, melt butter in skillet with sausage, add flour to make a rue, add milk, stir constantly over medium heat until thickened. serve over reduced fat homemade biscuits.
