Asian Crunchy Noodle Salad

Ingredients
1 Chicken breast, cooked2 packages Ramen noodles, Oriental flavor4 cup Cabbage, fresh, chopped1 cup Green Onion, fresh1 cup Carrots, grated2 oz (22) Almonds, dry roasted1 oz Sesame seeds, toasted2 tbsp White wine vinegar2 tbsp Olive oil
Directions
1. Place sesame and almonds on a microwave safe plate and cook until browned (if untoasted). About 1 minute - watch carefully! Allow to cool.
2. Mix veggies, chicken, nuts and seeds together in a large bowl.
3. Dressing: Mix the spice packets from the noodles with the green onions, oil and vinegar. Shake or stir until well blended.
4. Refrigerate seperately until ready to serve.
5. When ready to serve: Break RAW ramen noodles into small pieces and mix into cabbage mixture.
7. Pour dressing over cabbage and noodles and mix well.
Note: Toasting the seeds and nuts brings out the flavor- You can also add the RAW noodles to the toasting step for more added flavor.
