cappuccino Mousse Trifle

Ingredients

2 1/2 c milk1/3 c instant coffee2 pkg vanilla pudding mix1 carton lite cool whipangle food cake 1 sq semisweet chocolate1.4 tsp cinnamon
In bowl mis and stir milk and coffee until dissolved
REMOVE 1 cup and set the rest aside
Add pudding mix to the remaining milk mixture beat on low speed for 2 minutes or until thick.
Fold in 1/2 of whipping cream
Place a third of the cake cubes into a 4 qt. serving bowl
Layer with a third of the reserved milk mixture and pudding mixture and a fourth of the grated chocolate
Repeat layers twice.
Garnish wityh remaining whipping topping and chocolate
Sprinkle with cinnamon
REFRIGERATE until serving
