Ingredients
6 tbsp of Spicy Brown Rice and Beans1 cup shredded lettuce1 plum tomato, chopped2 tbsp chopped green bell pepper2 tbsp reduced fat sour cream2 packets taco bell fire sauce or other favorite sauce2 1/2 green olives chopped
Directions
Make recipe for spicy brown rice and beans. Take 6 tbsp of brown rice and beans and heat. On plate add chopped lettuce, then top with brown rice and beans. Add remaining ingredients topping with taco sauce and sour cream.
