Bavarian Mints (mint fudge)

1 lb. (3 cups) dipping chocolate / candymelts1 oz. square Unsweetened Baking chocolate14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1. Melt dipping chocolate and unsweetened chocolate in the microwave.
2. Pour sweetend condensed milk over it, add peppermint extract and mix with electric mixer until well blended.
3. put in a 8 inch square pan lined with wax paper and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Makes 64 peieces, freezes well.
