Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 can red kidney beans1 large can crushed tomatoes1 or 3/4lb ground turkey5 cloves garlic1/2 large onion3 T olive oilsalt, pepper to tastechili poweder to tastered pepper flakes (if desired)
Directions
sautee onions until clear
add garlic
add turkey
Once turkey is fully cooked, add tomatoes and kidney beans
season to taste
allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
