Ingredients
Flank Steak, 3 lb (cubed)Bacon grease, 24 tsp Garlic, 3 cloves (finely chopped)Chili powder, 5 tbsp*Corn Flour, masa, dry, 0.5 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 6 cupOregano, ground, 1.5 tbsp*Cumin seed, 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoon
Directions
Brown the cubed steak in the bacon grease. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Simmer over a low to medium low heat for 2 hours. Enjoy!
