Mix thoroughly. Make small balls of dough (smaller than a golf ball) then roll it is a plate of sugar to coat ball (optional). Place on pan and smoosh with fork twice, making hatch marks. Cook 350 degrees 7-10 min. Recipe does not include the sugar coating - if you skip it no one will know.

These are serioulsy amazing! Easy and delicous, crunchy yet chewy. Quick to make and satisfy a craving, perfect, because they are flourless and low-carb! Yum!
I did not roll theminto balls, but did roll in icing sugar. They did fall apart, but could be pressed into shape fresh out the oven. - 5/27/11
