*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 48 tsp (1 cup)Egg, fresh, 1 large Baking Soda, 1 tsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 cup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients until smooth
Use medium cookie scoop and drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet
Use a fork to make a crisscross pattern on top of each cookie
Bake 10-15 minutes
