Banana Bread

Ingredients
Dry:1 cup whole wheat flour2/3 cup instant oats1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1 tbsp cinnamon1/4 tsp saltWet:2 ripe bananas, mashed1 egg1/2 cup applesauce1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 375, & grease loaf pan.
Blend try oats in a blender or food processor until they become a sort of oat flour. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix.
In a mixer bowl, combine brown sugar and apple sauce and beat on low speed until blended and mostly dissolved. Add in eggs and mix until combined. Add bananas and mix until combined. While the mixer is running, add in flour mixture slowly, until all is just combined.
Pour into pan and bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. Remove and let cool before slicing.
