Wholemeal Banana Cake

Ingredients
OilHoneyWholewheat flourEggsYoghurtDermerera SugarRipe BananasVanilla EssenceCinnamon
Directions
Mix sugar, honey, vanilla, eggs and oil - beat hard with fork and make lots of air bubbles.

Sift wholemeal flour and add baking powder.

Fold the wet into the dry and combine with a butterknife.
Add yoghurt and mashed banana and mix gently. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon if you like.

Put into your desired cake tin/tray/etc and bake on 180 degrees Celsius for around 40-50 min or until skewer comes out clean.

Serving Size: cut into rows of 4x4 for 16 servings - if using square oven dish
