Chocolate Cherry Almond Biscotti

* All-purpose white flour, 1 cup *Whole wheat pastry flour 1 cup * Egg, fresh, 2 large * *Dried Cherries, .4 cup * Almonds, 18 almond * Vanilla Extract, .75 tbsp * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Chocolate Chips, 7 tbsp
Mix wet & dry separately, then combine.
Form dough into 2 loaves. Bake @ 350F for ~35 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool ~10 minutes.
Slice with serrated knife into ~1/2" thick pieces
Place slices on baking sheet, return to oven for ~ 15 minutes @ 325F, flipping halfway through.
