Ingredients
-
3 egg whites
100 grs of diet sugar
Directions
First, put the 3 egg whites and the hundred grams of sugar into a bowl, and mix them with a spoon.
Then whip them until they turn into a soft cream.
After that, with a pipping bag, make little "snowball" with a little peak in the middle. You shold do this in the oven fountain already, so you don't have to move the "snowballs" later (it's a very soft cream so they could fall appart).
If you don't have a pipping bag, you can throw the cream with a spoon, this will make the effect of a little peak in the middle too (the only difference will be that it would be smooth).
After doing this (there will be about 24 "merenguitos"), turn on the oven in a minimum temperature. If your minimum temp. is too high, open a little bit the oven door. It's very important this, because the "merenguitos" should be white, but still be dry in the interior. That's why it takes about 60 to 90 minutes to cook them.
After cooking them, you'll have to wait until they're cold.
These are great to eat them alone with coffee or tea. Or exquisite to eat them with cream or "Dulce de Leche" as a dessert.
Sorry for my english, but as you can see, I'm from Argentina!
