I absolutely love the taste of tiramisu cream, but I'm not a big fan of coffee. So, I experimented with a few different things until I found a flavor that I did like in it. Now I've changed the recipe to reduce the calorie content.

I developed this lower fat version of my favourite moist lemon polenta cake which uses fat free yogurt instead of butter! Less than 200 cals and 1g of saturated fat per generous slice. It is also naturally gluten free.
