Number of Servings: 16


    3 cup Flour
    1.5 cup sugar
    2 tbsp ground Cinnamon
    5 to 6 medium bananas
    1 1/4 cup Milk, 1%
    2 large Eggs
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    3 tbsp salted Butter


If you want to break the rules... Indulge!


Mix all dry ingrediends.
Spread half of it into a 9x13 cooking party.
Slice in circles 5 or 6 bananas and cover that layer making sure the slices do not touch.
Cover the bananas with the rest of the mix.
Beat the eggs and milk an poor over the pie making sure it's evenly wet.
Cook in oven at 350 F for 40 minutes.
Cut it into 16 slices and serve with a nice glass of cold milk. Feel good!

Serving Size: It makes 16 nice pieces
