Turkey Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey or chicken, cooked and crumbled(2) 14oz cans lower sodium chicken broth (1) 16 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables2 med potatoes, peeled and cubed(1) 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
Directions
In large pot, combine frozen vegetables, cubed potatoes, salt, pepper and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Meanwhile, cook and crumble ground turkey. Add ground turkey and tomatoes to vegetable mixture. Simmer gently for another 20 minutes to combine flavors.
