Ingredients
3 cups Garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley 2 cloves garlic2 tsp cumin powdersalt to tastejuice of 1 lemon1 egg
Directions
Comine all ingredient into food processor and blend until becomes dough-like. Round into 1" balls. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray and bake 15-20mins at 400 degrees (turning once).

    These sound great, but the serving count may be off. I usually have more than one falafel ball in a pita, maybe it is 8 servings of 4 falafels each. 28 servings from 24 balls is probably a typo. - 10/6/11
