Barbecued Spareribs

Ingredients
2 lbs. pork ribs2 T. ketchup1 C. apple juice1 T. honey1 T. soy sauce1 packet splenda or other artificial sweetener
Directions
In saucepan of boiling water, simmer ribs about 5 minutes to remove excess fat. Drain. In shallow baking dish, combine remaining ingredients. Add ribs and marinate 2 to 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes. Increase temperature to 450 and continue baking 5 to 10 minutes, or until very tender.
