chocolately protein bars

Ingredients
2 cups organic peanut butter4 - 5 scoops Vanilla Protein Shake Mix1 1/4 cups honey3/4 cup hot water3 cups rolled oats (ground, optional)3/4 cup unsweetened cocao powder1/2 cup chopped nuts optional (walnuts, pecans)
Directions
Mix honey and hot water until well blended.
Add peanut butter stir well,
In a separate bowl mix then cocao powder, ground oats and protein shake mix (blend thoroughly)
Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients
Add chopped nuts (optional)
Press into a large pan (9 x 13)
Refridgerate for one hour and cut into bars.
