Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 18.25 oz. box Spice Cake mix1 15 oz. can Libby's Pure Pumpkin2 egg whites1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 -12 count muffin tins with cooking spray and set aside.
Thoroughly mix together cake mix, pumpkin, egg whites and water. Batter will be thick. Spoon batter evenly into prepared muffin tins; bake in the oven for 19-22 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from pans.
