Pumpkin Bread pudding

Ingredients
1-15 oz can pumpkin6 pieces of 12 grain bread2 large eggs2 egg whites1.25 c. almond vanilla milk1/2 c. splenda1/4 cup chopped pecans1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 ginger1/8 ground clovespinch of ground all spice
Directions
Spray crock, and tear up 5 cups of bread and layer in crock pot
Mix all other ingredients with a whisk until blended. Pour this mixture over the bread and top with pecans. Let cook on low in the crock pot for 4-6 hours. Top with ice cream or cool whip.
