Bacon, Mushroom and Cheese Frittata

2 large eggs3/4 cup Egg Beaters2 oz. Canadian Bacon, diced3 oz. mushrooms, diced1/4 cup Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese ItalianNon-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Whip eggs and Egg beaters together. Set aside
Spray a medium oven proof skillet with cooking spray and set over medium high heat. Saute the mushrooms and Canadian bacon together.
Pour eggs over the mushrooms and bacon and sprinkle with the cheese.
Put skillet in oven. Bake approximately 5 minutes, until eggs are fluffy.
