Mamasagna (Mom's Noodle Lasagna)

Ingredients
No Yolk Extra Broad Noodles, 4 oz (approx. 1/3 of the bag)1 cup Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean1 28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes1 6 oz can Tomato Paste1 med onion, chopped3 tsp Garlic, chopped2 tsp Oregano1 cup shredded Part Skim mozzarella cheese0.25 cups Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
In a large skillet, combine ground turkey, onion, and garlic. Cook until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, and a little salt and pepper to taste. Turn on simmer and cook on low while you are making the noodles.

Boil noodles according to directions on bag (10-12 minutes). Drain in colander and run cold water over the noodles. Add 1 cup cottage cheese to noodles and mix well.

Spray a 13x9" casserole with a little Pam. Put a little sauce in the bottom of the pan and then add 1/2 the noodles. Layer 1/2 cup mozzarella, followed by half the sauce. Next, put in the rest of the noodles, followed by 1/2 cup mozzarella, and the rest of the sauce. Sprinke with parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
