Slow Cooker Chicken and Apple Dumplings

8 oz Celery8 oz Carrots1/2 Onion. Large1 lb Boneless skinless Chicken Breast 1.5 cups Low sodium chicken broth1/2 cup White cooking wine1/2 cup All Purpose flour1/2 cup Whole wheat flour2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 cup apple butter1 TBSP Almond Milk, original flavor
Chop vegetables and place in the bottom of the crock pot lay chicken on top. (Can use frozen just increase time). Pour in chicken broth and wine( This will not cover the chicken do not add additional liquid). Cover with lid and cook for four hours. Mix together flours, baking powder, apple butter and almond milk. Knead together, roll out and cut or tear pieces into pot for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking.
