3 ripe bananas1/4 c olive oil1/3 c brown sugar2 tsp vanilla1 egg1 c sorghum flour1/2 c cornstarch1 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum1 tsp cinnamon1/8 c fresh milled flax seed
Directions
blend wet
whisk dry
combine in mixer
beat 1 min
bake 350 for about 20 minutes for large muffins
