Fresh Pear Pecan Cake

Ingredients
4 Cups Chopped Pears3 Cups Flour - I used King Arthur's White Whole Wheat1 Cups Chopped Pecans1 tsp. Nutmeg1 tsp. Cinnamon2 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp. Salt2 Cups Sugar1 Cup Oil - I used Mott's Cinnamon Applesauce2 Eggs beaten1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Prepare Bundt Pan (Spray&Flour) Preheat Oven at 350
Mix dry ingredients, Mix wet Ingredients, Stir wet into dry, mix well. Add chopped pears and mix well. Pour into bundt pan and Bake One Hour 15 Minutes.
I enjoy plain but you can frost or sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Enjoy
