Sausage and Kale soup

Ingredients
4 cups homemade chicken stock12 oz can of Carnation evaperated fat free milk3 finely chopped Turkey sausages2 TBL chopped onions1 TBL chopped bell pepper1 TBL Chopped Celery1 -5in Sweet potatoe, pealed and sliced thin1 teaspoon of sea salt or to taste1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and red pepper flakes1 cup chopped kale
Directions
Combine all ingrediants together except Kale. Simmer till potatoes are soft, then add kale and cook for 5-7 minutes more.
