Leftover London Broil Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices Weight Watcher's 100% Whole Wheat Bread1 oz sharp cheddar cheese (sliced)3 oz leftover London Broil, sliced thin1 tsp Gulden's Spicy Mustard
Directions
Spread Gulden's on one slice of the bread, and place thin-sliced London Broil on top of that. Next, layer on the sharp cheddar. Put the remaining slice of bread on top. Wrap in a paper towel and microwave 30 seconds, to melt cheese. Then add to a skillet/pan (I use a tiny spritz of Pam, to keep it from sticking) and cook until golden brown and melty. Yum!
