12 Large Eggs1/2 cups cheeseSalt and Pepper to taste*Then you can add any veggies or meat.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffins cups with liners. Spray each liner with nonstick cooking spray. Any veggies or meat should be put in the muffin liners. Mix egg beaters, cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour into muffin liners 3/4 of the way. Mix each muffin slightly with a fork. Bake for 25-35 minutes.
