Roasted Rosemary Chicken & Potatos

Ingredients
:4- 4oz each, skinless Chicken Breasts4 cups Potatos, (red or white) cubed 2 tbsp. Olive Oil1 tsp. dried Rosemary1 tsp. minced Garlic2 tsp. Paprika1 tsp. black Pepper1/2 -1 tsp. Onion powder (optional)
Directions
Wash, peel, and cut potatos into 1in. cubes.
Wash & rinse chicken, trim all visible fat.
In a large bowl with lid thoroughly mix oil & all the spices.
Add chicken & toss until completely coated,
Add potatos & toss again until completely coated.
Line glass baking dish or roasting pan with foil.
Place chicken & potatos in single layer, leave uncovered.
Bake in 400' F. preheated oven 35 - 40 minutes, turning 1/2 way through.
