"Green" soup

Ingredients
1 pound of Kale1/4 pound spinach1 leek1 clove of garlic1 tbsp olive oil4 cups of broth (veggie, beef, whatever you like)1/4 cup of sherry1 tsp of fresh thymelemon juice from half a lemon
Directions
Chop leeks and garlic, sautee in a pan that has been coated with the olive oil till browned and fragrant stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Deglaze pan with sherry stirring until the sherry has reduced by half.

Add Kale, spinach, broth, and thyme to the pot, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Transfer soup to a blender and blend to desired consistency. Add lemon juice, stir it in and serve.
